Cancelling an item
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days before delivery of the goods. Once delivered cancellations rights end. This applies to all our products. To cancel this contract, please contact us on 01434 632 950. Received orders may only be cancelled if the goods have not arrived.

Any returns which are not defective and not our error, retuned under distance buying regulations will be subject to the customer paying the return cost for postage & packing.
Deposits are non-refundable
