activ-cycles.co.uk want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

We accept the return of items only if they are in their original condition and returned with all packaging and labels, again in good condition. If you return goods to ourselves, as detailed above within 14 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. These terms comply to The Distance Selling Regulations.
